How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger items like sofas and dining tables, our white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a specific arrival window.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, assembly is available for an additional fee at checkout. If you choose our White Glove Delivery service, assembly and packaging removal are included automatically.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. We partner with FSC-certified suppliers to ensure our wood furniture is harvested responsibly and built to last for generations.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
We understand that color and texture are important. You can order up to five complimentary fabric swatches through our 'Request a Swatch' page to see how they look in your lighting.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, accidents happen. Please inspect your delivery immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
